3-Ton Heat Pump & Indoor Coil Replacement

EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATION SCOPE

✓ Goodman 3-ton R-410A heat pump

Model SSZ140361; 208/230V, single-phase outdoor equipment.

✓ Goodman cased evaporator coil with factory TXV

Model CAPTA3626C4; 2-1/2 to 3 ton, upflow/downflow configuration.

✓ Complete removal and installation

Remove and dispose of the existing outdoor unit and indoor coil; set and connect replacement equipment and

equipment pad.

✓ Refrigeration installation

Approved brazing practices with nitrogen purge, filter-drier as required, pressure testing, evacuation to 500 microns,

startup and charge verification.

✓ Electrical disconnect and reconnection

Disconnect existing equipment and reconnect replacement equipment, including standard whip/disconnect-related

installation materials required for the quoted scope.

✓ Sheet metal, condensate and commissioning

Required standard transition work, condensate reconnection, airflow verification, temperature testing and final operational check.
